First, there are dozens of reasons you could have lower back pain. Often when I’ve asked clients that question, they respond with, I’ve done nothing. All you have to do is 1) sit too long 2) stand on concrete. 3) slow walk or mosey 4) lay on your couch too long. 5) stand on one leg too long. 6) bruise your thigh. 7) favor a foot, knee or hip. And that’s just the normal stuff. Lean over a desk or set of power tools too long. Remember, your body never lies. It has no reason to lie. But you might not receive the information that day, it’s often a day or so later, do always ask yourself when it happens, “What did I do yesterday or the day before?
