Rossiter Stretching Level 2 – More Power, More Techniques

Building on Level 1, Level 2 teaches approximately 25 new Rossiter System techniques for head-to-toe pain relief, with special emphasis on the abdomen and learn how to work with people who have had back surgery and injections!

You will find Level 2 gets right into the techniques! The Rossiter Journey really begins with Level 2.

There are many things you will learn to gain confidence, precision, and a deeper understanding of the Rossiter System. You will get better results with clients as a result of the knowledge you will gain from this class

Course Objectives:

1. Participants will review the structure and concepts of connective tissue and how to maximize fascial release with Rossiter System stretches. Students will review contraindications for the stretches.

2. Participants will practice 25-30 new more powerful and specific Rossiter Stretches using their feet to more efficiently help clients get out of pain in a safe, consistent, recordable manner while practicing better body mechanics and how to use tools (stands and poles) for safe application of the Rossiter Stretches.

3. Participants will increase the power of the techniques by under-standing the concept of the Gold Spot and how to find that point quicker. Participants will experience the difference in the technique from Level 1 of an applied weight lock and Gold Spot.

4. Participants will practice powerful stretches to work with clients who have a history of back surgery or injections in the back for back pain. Participants will select a client specific stretching program to safely coach these clients for maximum relief of back pain in the shortest time frame.

A lunch break will be taken at an appropriate time, depending on the flow of the class.
