👉Prerequisites: the ability to get up and down off the floor
👉 CECS available?: YES and approved by 💥💥💥 NCBTMB, NASM, CMA, AFAA, FHT, & National Pilates Certification
👉Course Hours – 16 hrs. 9-6 Each Day
