Dear Coaches and Friends,
Rossiter Stretching is closely monitoring news regarding coronavirus (renamed COVID-19). The situation continues to evolve rapidly, as you know. First and foremost, we care deeply about the health and well‑being of our coaches, students, instructors, staff and our community.
In accordance with all indications from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and related government agencies, we continue with our scheduled courses, vigilantly following their recommended guidelines, doing everything we can to ensure a safe environment in all our classrooms around the world, including following all guidelines for sanitizing all equipment used and providing hand sanitizer for your use – so you can enjoy your courses with peace of mind.
Rossiter Stretching seeks to create safe and inspiring courses and events. We’re closely monitoring official guidance from local governmental and health authorities and the World Health Organization in order to support the health and well‑being of our community along with relevant factors for any courses and Instructor cancellation, which we will post prominently if it becomes necessary. We are actively encouraging our Instructors & Coaches to stay home if they present any symptoms or are aware of contact with anyone with symptoms.
As of now, all Rossiter Stretching Coaches and students should consult with their Instructors on the applicability of the upcoming courses. Again, Instructors are urged to consider CDC guidance regarding individuals at higher risk for COVID-19. We are evaluating taking our Level 2/3/4courses scheduled during March/April/May online, details for which will be circulated soon.
As such, we ask that you please consider rescheduling your course if you present with any symptoms of the flu or COVID-19, including fever, cough, and shortness of breath, or have been in contact with or have recently traveled to any of the https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/index.html. If you need to cancel due to illness or any of the reasons above, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow up with you as soon as possible to reassign or refund as appropriate.
If you have a compromised immune system, we strongly recommend that you choose to stay home.

We want to provide you with resources on understanding some of the new programs which are available to you as a result of the massive stimulus package signed into law several days ago. There are many beneficial provisions contained within the package but we feel there are three primary immediate ways the stimulus package can assist your business:
1) Paycheck Protection Program – provides a loan which can be forgiven if used to pay for your employees payroll, rent, utilities and interest on your other business loans.
2) Employee Retention Credits – provides up to $5,000 per employee in payroll tax credits.
3) Economic Injury Disaster Loans – provides 3.75% interest loans with minimal underwriting
There are a number of complexities to each of these programs. They are not a good fit for every business although most of you have the potential to benefit from some or all of them.
We have included a number of attachments to this email which explain in depth how these programs work. Please download and review:
