About Fleur S
Fleur has a unique way of helping her clients manage their pain and mobility issues, by helping them to understand their gait and anatomical factors affecting their myofascial patterns.
She is a health and movement educator in her role as an Assistant Professor at Saddleback College, but also offers private sessions on pain management and mobility using Rossiter Stretching. She is a certified Pilates and yoga instructor with both MS and BS degrees in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton and Baylor University.
She specializes in working with the older adult, IT professionals, runners, cyclists and triathletes. She owns a studio in Orange County (Santa Ana), California (just minutes from the Disneyland area), and will occasionally see private clients down in the Mission Viejo and Laguna Niguel area.
Fleur was recently awarded (2019) Professor of the Year at Saddleback College Emeritus Institute and was formerly the Director of the Pregnagym at Irvine Medical Center, and has worked in settings such as injury reduction and prevention in the industrial workplace, and with elite athletes at the Tom Landry Sports Medicine and Research Center.
In her free time, Fleur enjoys swimming, cycling, trail/road running. Fleur is a 2x full Ironman triathlete (140.6 mi) and 9x half Ironman (70.3 mi) triathlete, and an ultrarunner (50K).
She loves being a life-long student, and is also a mother of two boys that have been competitive age-group swimmers, and shares a swim lane with her husband, a Masters swimmer. She resides in the Tustin area, in Orange County.
Fleur is a Rossiter Stretching Instructor/Teacher Trainer (RST Trainer), an Advanced Certified Rossiter Coach, and has been mentored by Richard Rossiter via two Pain Slayer training workshops, Respiratory Rossiter, and mentored by Chuck Lubeck, Ruth Nottage, and many other incredible RST colleagues.
