Ellen has lived in Boise, ID since she was 12. Got her 200 hr yoga cert when she was 21, and has been practicing Rossiter since 2013. From there she continued down the wellness journey, and has extensive amounts of hours learning about fitness, and nutrition to help achieve the optimum level of health for each any every person.
