--- I am a dedicated Rossiter coach and instructor, trained by the creator Richard Rossiter. I have always had a great interest in health and wellbeing, nutrition and fitness and when I discovered Rossiter stretching I knew it would not only help my family and friends out of pain but a growing numbers of clients. Rossiter stretching to me is simple and logical, it’s a fast and effective way to get people out of pain quickly. I love to see my clients move better and return to their activities pain free. I first took Rossiter level 1 in 2017 then practiced for a year until 2018/2019 when I completed levels 2,3 and 4. In 2022 I became an Advanced Rossiter Coach and Instructor by completing my training with the instructor course. I am passionate about my work, I still get excited when I get people out of pain and see them move better, often after one session of work.
